Returns
Due to the nature of our products (pet treats and food items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is for the safety and well-being of all pets, as we cannot resell or reuse items once they have left our facility.
Refunds & Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements if your order arrives:

Damaged,

Defective, or

Incorrect (wrong item shipped).
To be eligible, please contact us at mon@kovego.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
